Without Scan Tool

However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. To use this method of programming, a previously programmed transmitter must be used. Ensure transmitter batteries have about 3.2 volts each. Turn ignition on. Place transmission in Park. If vehicle is equipped with anti-theft system, ensure system is in disarm mode.
  2. Using a previously programmed transmitter, press and hold unlock button 5-10 seconds. While still holding unlock button down, press panic button, then release both buttons. Chime should sound once to indicate Body Control Module (BCM) has grounded the RKE module program enable wire. Press any button on transmitter. Chime should sound once to indicate RKE module has accepted the signal.
  3. Repeat step 2)  for all transmitters that will be used by vehicle. Up to a total of 4 transmitters can be programmed. Programming mode will last for 30 seconds. To exit programming mode sooner, turn ignition off.
