Ambient Temperature Sensor / Switch HVAC: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Open hood, disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Working under the front of the vehicle, remove the necessary components to access the ambient temperature sensor.
3. Disconnect the ambient temperature sensor electrical connector.
4. Remove the ambient temperature sensor retaining screw and remove the sensor from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. Connect the ambient temperature sensor electrical connector.
2. Position the ambient temperature sensor and install the retaining screw.
3. Install the removed components.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
