CHIME INOPERATIVE AT ALL TIMES

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Remote chime output circuit shorted to voltage
- Remote chime output circuit shorted to ground
- Remote chime output circuit open
- Actuates OK
- Body control module
- Instrument cluster
