Power Module (Rear): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan and 2002 Chrysler Town & Country. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Position the blower power module into the rear HVAC unit housing. Install and tighten the 2 screws that secure the blower power module to the rear HVAC unit housing. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. Reconnect the blower motor pigtail wire to the blower power module connector receptacle. Reconnect the rear HVAC wire harness connector for the blower power module to the module connector receptacle.
  3. Reinstall the right quarter trim panel and right D-pillar trim panel onto the quarter inner panel. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
