WIPER ERRATIC OPERATION IN INTERMITTENT SPEEDS

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Wiper on/off relay
- Wiper park switch sense circuit open
- Wiper park switch sense circuit shorted to ground
- Wiper motor
- BCM
