It is no longer necessary to replace working heated seat elements because the heated seat control module needs replacement.

A new heated seat control module is now available for service replacement. If a vehicle is equipped with a p/n 04801245AC or 04801245AD heated seat control module, and if the technician determines that module replacement is necessary, use p/n 05161272AA as the replacement module.
