Section 108 (Cruise Control Systems): Servo: Removal

Release hood latch and open hood.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Disconnect the throttle and speed control cable ends from throttle body (Fig 1 ).

Depress lock tabs holding speed control and throttle cable casing to cable mount bracket.
Disconnect vacuum line from speed control servo that leads to the battery tray/vacuum reservoir.
Remove battery tray/vacuum reservoir, refer to the Battery BATTERY for more information (Fig 2 ).

Remove speed control servo and bracket (Fig 3 ).

Disconnect wire connector from speed control servo.
Remove speed control servo.
