3.5L Engine

1 - O-RING
2 - IMPELLER
3 - WATER PUMP BODY
  1. Clean all O-ring surfaces on front cover.
  2. Position water pump (3) and O-ring to engine.
  3. Install mounting bolts. Tighten to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.).
  4. Install timing belt. (Refer to appropriate ENGINE article).
  5. Install accessory drive belts (Refer to COOLING/ACCESSORY DRIVE/DRIVE BELTS - INSTALLATION) .
  6. Fill cooling system (Refer to COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE) .
