Assembly-Natural Vac Leak Detection: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
  2. Raise and support vehicle.
  3. Remove the right rear tire.
  4. Remove the inner splash shield.
  5. Natural Vacuum Leak Detection Pump (NVLD) location.

  6. Remove vapor canister and NVLD pump assembly from vehicle.

  7. Squeeze tab and pull pump from bracket.

  8. Remove hoses from pump assembly and remove pump.
