Controller Antilock Brake: Removal

- Disconnect battery negative (-) terminal.
- Raise vehicle. LUBRICATION & MAINTENANCE/HOISTING - STANDARD PROCEDURE
- Remove left front tire and wheel assembly. REMOVAL - TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY
- Remove access panel in forward portion of left front wheel well.
- Pull outward on connector lock and disconnect 24-way connector at CAB. See Fig 1.
1 - CONNECTOR LOCK 2 - 24-WAY CONNECTOR 3 - CAB MOUNTING SCREWS - Disconnect pump/motor wiring harness connector at CAB. See Figure.
- Remove four CAB mounting bolts. See Fig 1.
- Slide CAB off HCU and remove.
