Section 121 (Cruise Control Systems): Servo: Installation: 1.6/2.0L

1 - HAIRPIN CLIP

Install hairpin clip to servo and cable. See Figure.

Install servo studs through cable bell and then the bracket.
Install nuts, tighten to 7 N.m (60 in. lbs.).
Install speed control cable to throttle cam. Refer to cable INSTALLATION .

1 - Electrical Connector

2 - Vacuum Line and Nipple
Connect electrical connector.
Connect the vacuum hose to servo.
Install the engine cover.

Install the negative battery cable.
Install the air cleaner lid, and makeup air hose.
