Modular Clutch Assembly

  1. Remove transaxle (3) from vehicle. Refer to REMOVAL .
  2. Remove modular clutch assembly (1) from transaxle input shaft. See Fig 1.

  3. 2.4L Turbo models:   Disassemble modular clutch assembly. Remove six pressure plate-to-flywheel bolts (1). See Fig 2. Remove pressure plate (2) and disc from flywheel.
