Crankshaft Position Sensor - Removal

NOTE: The crankshaft position sensor is located on the driver side of the vehicle, above the differential housing. The bottom of the sensor sits above the drive plate.





1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Unlock and disconnect the electrical connector from the crankshaft position sensor.
3. Remove the sensor mounting screw and the sensor.
