Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor - Removal






REMOVAL





1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable (1).

2. Partially raise and the support vehicle.




3. Remove the left rear tire.
4. Remove the push-pins (1) that secure the rear wheelhouse splash shield (2) to the body.
5. Remove the rear wheelhouse splash shield from the vehicle.





6. Disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector (1).
7. Disconnect the fuel tank vent line at the filler tube (3) and the fuel tank vent steel line (6).





8. Carefully raise the retaining tab (2), rotate and remove the fuel tank pressure sensor (1) from the fuel tank vent tube.
