Coolant Sensor Test
- Turn ignition off and disconnect wire connector from switch. Connect one ohmmeter lead to one sensor terminal and the other lead to remaining sensor terminal.
- An engine at 70°F (21°C), should show 5000-6000 ohms. An engine at 200°F (93°C), should show 700-800 ohms. If not, replace sensor.
