Data Sensors: Notes

Each sensor furnishes electronic impulses to the SCC. The SCC computes ignition timing and air/fuel mixture ratio necessary to maintain proper engine operation. The function of each sensor is closely related to each of the other sensors. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 for location of the data sensors.
