Fuel Injectors & Rail Assembly: Installation
- Seat injectors in cups (if removed) and install lock rings. Make sure injector holes are clean and clear of debris. Lube injector "O" rings with drop of oil. Install injector assemblies in sockets. Install 4 bolts into fuel rail and tighten them to pull fuel rail into place evenly with each injector in its own hole.
- To complete installation, reverse remaining removal procedures. All wiring, hoses and ground straps must be in their original positions. Use ATM tester or start vehicle and run it to check for fuel leaks.
