Removal (Except 2.2L Turbo)

For camshaft position sensor mounting location, see V6 CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR LOCATION table. Disconnect camshaft position sensor wiring harness connector. Loosen camshaft position sensor bolt and remove sensor. Removal force may be high due to "O" ring seal on sensor. DO NOT pull on sensor lead to remove sensor.
