WARNING: If vehicle is equipped with air bag, air bag MUST be deactivated before servicing ignition key light bulb. See AIR BAG article in the ACCESSORIES/SAFETY EQUIPMENT Section.
- Probe terminal No. 4 (Pink/Light Blue wire) of ignition key light connector. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair open Pink/Light Blue wire. Perform VERIFICATION TEST VER-1 . If voltage is more than 10 volts, remove ignition key light bulb. Inspect bulb and socket and repair or replace as necessary.
- If bulb and socket are okay, reinstall bulb and reconnect ignition key light connector. Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Disconnect body controller Black connector. Body controller is located behind right side kick panel. Check connector condition and repair or replace connector as necessary.
