Test 36C - Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) Door Lock Relay Problem

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For appropriate wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  at end of article.
  1. Turn ignition off and disconnect Body Controller Module (BCM) Bone connector. Module is located behind right kick panel. Check voltage on BCM Bone connector terminal No. 9, power door lock switch circuit (Orange/Violet wire). Depress opposite (passenger's) door switch to lock position. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair open circuit in Orange/Violet wire. Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1.
  2. If voltage is more than 10 volts, turn ignition off and reconnect BCM Bone connector. Turn ignition on and press door lock switch to lock position. If doors do not lock, replace BCM. Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1. If doors lock, problem is in driver's door. Repair wiring.
