⁽²⁾	Using a torque wrench applied to square hole in bracket.

⁽³⁾	Automatic belt tensioner is used, adjustment is not required.

NOTE: Accessory drive belts, for 3.8L engines are equipped with an automatic belt tensioner and no adjustment is required.

CAUTION: DO NOT attempt to check belt tension using a belt tension gauge on vehicles equipped with an automatic belt tensioner.
