Test 47A - Identifying Headlamp System Problems (With Auto Headlamp System)
NOTE:
Automatic (AUTO) headlamp system is identified by an "A" located next to headlamp switch. AUTO headlamp system will operate only if headlamp switch is in "A" position. Headlamp time delay will operate only if ignition switch is turned off while headlamps are still on and are turned off within 45 seconds.
Diagnosis of AUTO headlamp system is separated into 7 categories. Identify problem area(s) listed in TEST 47A DIAGNOSTIC DIRECTORY table and perform the indicated test(s).
