Interior Light Test 6A - Inoperative Courtesy Light Switch
NOTE:
Perform INTERIOR LIGHT TEST 1A
before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION

. Perform, after each repair, VERIFICATION TEST VER-1A - BODY VERIFICATION TEST

CAUTION:
Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.
Turn dash mounted courtesy light switch to ON position. Using scan tool, select INPUTS/OUTPUTS. Read courtesy light switch status. If scan tool displays ON, replace Body Control Module (BCM). BCM is mounted to junction block located behind left end cap of instrument panel. See Figure in CHIME TEST 2A. If scan tool does not display ON, replace headlight switch.
