Mode 2

Mode 2 checks seat and mirror motor and sensor connections. To enter mode 2, press and hold S and 2 buttons for 5 seconds. Mode 2 will exit when after 5 seconds without switch activity or when RKE data input circuit is grounded (transmission is shifted out of Park). Mode 2 will:
- Place seat and mirror motors in at mid-point positions.
- Allow seat or mirror to move in one direction at a time. This will check switch and motor operation.
- After switch is released, seat or mirror will return to mid-point position. If seat or mirror does not return to mid-point position, sensor or motor problems exist.
