Fuel Injector

Disconnect electrical connector at fuel injector. Using ohmmeter, check resistance between electrical terminals on fuel injector. Replace fuel injector if resistance is not 10-16 ohms at 68°F (20°C). If fuel injector or wiring circuit failure exists, a DTC will be stored in PCM. See appropriate fuel injector DTC under DIAGNOSTIC TESTS in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - FWD VANS article.
