A/C System Charge Level Test: Notes

There are 2 methods for performing this procedure. Scan tool method involves using a scan tool and a clamp-on Thermocouple (80PK-1A). Set scan tool to LH CLIMATE CONTROL, SYSTEM TEST and PARTIAL CHARGE TEST. See SCAN TOOL METHOD .

Manifold gauge set method involves using a manifold gauge set, a clamp-on thermocouple and REFRIGERANT CHARGE LEVEL  table. See MANIFOLD GAUGE SET METHOD.
