Courtesy Lights Inoperative With Door Open (All Lights)

  1. Using a voltmeter, backprobe terminal No. 6 (Pink wire) at junction block harness connector C11. See Figure . If battery voltage exists, go to next step. If battery voltage does not exist, repair power distribution circuit as necessary. See POWER DISTRIBUTION article in WIRING DIAGRAMS.
  2. Using a fused jumper wire connected to ground, backprobe terminal No. 4 (Yellow wire) at junction block harness connector C11. If courtesy lights illuminate, replace Body Control Module (BCM). If courtesy lights do not illuminate, repair open in Yellow wire between junction block and courtesy lights.
