Section 1 (Seat Heating System & Memory System): Description

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2000 Chrysler LHS and 2000 Chrysler 300M. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
NOTE: For additional information for heated seats, memory systems and remote keyless entry systems, see BODY CONTROL MODULES - CONCORDE, INTREPID, LHS & 300M article.

Memory Heated Seat and Mirror Module (MHSMM) is located on the underside of driver's seat. MHSMM allows driver to set left front seat, both outside mirrors and radio stations to desired settings and store in memory to be recalled at a later time. Up to 2 driver memory presets may be stored. MHSMM reads signals sent from sensors attached to seat and mirrors and stores their positions in memory. Memory recall can be programmed to operate with Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) system. Vehicle also has a GLIDE feature that slides driver's seat back to allow easy entrance/exit of vehicle. MHSMM also allows driver and passenger the ability to set heated seats to either low or high position. Heated seats are only available on vehicles with memory system.
