Wipers Run At High Speed With Switch In Low Speed Position, Or Wipers Run At Low Speed With Switch In High Speed Position

Check for crossed wires. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . If problem exists, repair as necessary. If problem does not exist, replace multifunction switch.
