P/N Mismatch
NOTE:
After making any repairs, perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST under VERIFICATION TESTS. Unless instructed otherwise in test step, reconnect any disconnected connectors.
NOTE:
During Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) module programming (configuration), scan tool prompts technician to enter RKE module part number. If RKE module part number does not correspond to this vehicle, P/N MISMATCH DTC will set.
Program (configure) RKE module. See REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY (RKE) MODULE under PROGRAMMING. If scan tool displays P/N MISMATCH, incorrect RKE module is installed. Install correct RKE module. If scan tool does not display P/N MISMATCH, no problem is found at this time. Test is complete.
