Possible Causes:
- Intermittent condition.
- S/C ON/OFF switch.
- Clockspring signal/ground circuit open.
- S/C switch signal circuit shorted to voltage.
- S/C switch signal circuit open between PCM and clockspring.
- S/C switch signal circuit open between clockspring and S/C switch.
- S/C switch ground circuit open between clockspring and PCM.
- PCM.
