When Monitored and Set Condition:

P1695-BUS MESSAGE FROM BODY CONTROL MODULE 

When Monitored: With the ignition on Battery voltage greater than 10.4 volts.

Set Condition: No BUS messages received from the BCM for 20 seconds.
