Ambient Temperature Sensor: Removal

Open hood, disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
Working in the front of the vehicle, reach through the lower opening in the front fascia to access the ambient temperature sensor.
Remove the ambient temperature sensor from the radiator closure panel. See Fig 1.

2 - Ambient Air Temperature Sensor
Disconnect the ambient temperature sensor electrical connector.
Remove the ambient temperature sensor from the vehicle.
