1 - SIDE IMPACT AIRBAG CONTROL MODULE (SIACM)

Vehicles equipped with side airbags use two Side Impact Airbag Control Modules (SIACM's). One is located on each side of the vehicle just in front of the body B-pillar inboard of the door entry sill, covered by the door sill trim. See Fig 1.
