Diagnostic Test

TEST FOR INTERMITTENT CONDITION
1. With the scan tool, record and erase DTCs
2. Operate the Driver Window Switch in both positions several times.
3. Cycle the ignition from on to off 3 times.
4. Turn the ignition on.
5. With the scan tool, read DTCs.
  Does the scan tool display B190E-DRIVER WINDOW SWITCH CIRCUIT LOW?
  
  Yes
  - Go To 2.
  No
  - The conditions that caused this code to set are not present at this time. Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors.
  - Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
DRIVER WINDOW/DOOR LOCK SWITCH SHORTED TO GROUND

1. With the scan tool, erase DTCs.
2. Disconnect the Driver Window/Door Lock Switch connector.
3. Turn the ignition on.
4. With the scan tool, read DTCs.
  Does the scan tool display B190E-DRIVER WINDOW SWITCH CIRCUIT LOW?
  
  No
  - Replace the Driver Window/Door Lock Switch.
  - Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
  Yes
  - Go To 3.
(Q221) MASTER SWITCH DRIVER WINDOW MUX WIRE SHORT TO GROUND

1. Turn the ignition off.
2. Disconnect the Driver Door Module C2 connector.
3. Measure the resistance between ground and the (Q221) Master Switch Driver Window Mux circuit in the Driver Door Module C2 connector.
  Is the resistance below 10, 000.0 ohms?
  
  Yes
  - Repair the (Q221) Master Switch Driver Window Mux circuit for a short to ground.
  - Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
  No
  - Go To 4.
(Q221) MASTER SWITCH DRIVER WINDOW MUX WIRE SHORT TO THE (Q994) DRIVER WINDOW SWITCH RETURN CIRCUIT

1. Measure the resistance between the (Q994) Driver Window Switch Return circuit and the (Q221) Master Switch Driver Window Mux circuit in the Driver Door Module C2 connector.
  Is the resistance below 1, 000.0 ohms?
  
  Yes
  - Repair the (Q221) Master Switch Driver Window Mux circuit for a short to the (Q994) Driver Window Switch Return circuit.
  - Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
  No
  - Replace the Driver Door Module in accordance with service information.
  - Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
