Repair Procedure - Using WITECH™ Diagnostic Application

  1. An overview of ECU flashing is available in the wiTECH™ Diagnostic Application. This overview may be found by first selecting the "Help" tab, then "Help Contents." This will open the wiTECH™ Help System. Selecting "Flashing an ECU" under the "Using the wiTECH™ Diagnostic Application" heading will display a step-by-step instructional guide to flashing an ECU. An instructional video can also be viewed by selecting "Flash ECU" under the "Videos" heading.
  2. Continue to complete the process if the ECU has been replaced. Refer to SECTION 2 - ADDITIONAL PCM/TCM REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES .
  3. Type the necessary information on the "Authorized Modification Label" (P/N 04275086AB) and attach near the VECI label (See for details). Refer to SECTION 3 - AUTHORIZED MODIFICATION LABEL .
