Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS) - Removal

REMOVAL






WARNING: Do not remove the captive nut, doing so will cause the stud to break.

1. Loosen the captive nut (3).
2. Disconnect the IBS electrical connector (2).
3. Remove the IBS from the negative battery post.
4. Remove the negative battery cable retainer (1) to the IBS.
5. Remove the IBS.
