PINPOINT TEST FA: Ambient Air Temperature (AAT) Sensor: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- AAT sensor
- harness circuits: AAT and SIGRTN
- powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
