Theory Of Operation

This diagnostic checks the status of the CAN communication between the ABS CAN node and the TCM. The TCM checks for continuous reception of the messages from the ABS CAN node and it also checks for correct length of the messages from the ABS CAN node. If one of these two tests fails, the TCM sets the ABS CAN node failure.
