Module And Bracket

Check to be certain that the two rivet nuts are properly installed and in good condition in front bumper support bar.
Position the mounting bracket to the bumper support bar.

Install and tighten the two screws (2) that secure the mounting bracket (1) to the support bar. Tighten the screws to the proper specifications. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS .
Install the energy absorber.

Connect the wiring harness connector (1) to the ACC sensor module.
Install the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, INSTALLATION .
Connect the negative battery cable.
Perform the ACC module alignment procedure. Refer to MODULE, ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL, MODULE PROGRAMMING .
