Diagnostic Test

CHECK THE 40-WAY CONNECTION AT THE HVAC/ AUDIO SWITCH BANK
1. Turn the ignition off.
2. Inspect the connection at the rear of the HVAC/ Audio Switch Bank
  Is the connection clean and secure?
  
  Yes
  - Go To 2.
  No
  - Repair the connection as needed.
  - Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
CHECK THE 40-WAY CONNECTION AT THE INTEGRATED CENTER STACK (ICS)
1. Inspect the connection at the rear of the Integrated Center Stack (ICS)
  Is the connection clean and secure?
  
  Yes
  - Replace the 40-Way jumper harness between the Integrated Center Stack (ICS) and HVAC/ Audio Switch Bank.
  - Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
  No
  - Repair the connection as needed.
  - Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
