Module, Drivetrain Control (DTCM): Removal

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Remove the cowl side trim panel. Refer to PANEL, COWL TRIM, REMOVAL

- Pull back the drivers foot well carpet and position aside to access the Drivetrain Control Module (DTCM) (3).
- Loosen the mounting fastener (2) from mounting stud (6).
- Remove the mounting fastener (4) from mounting stud (5).
- Slide the DTCM (3) from the mounting stud (6) and remove from drivers side foot rest.
