Diagnostic Test

- VERIFY DTC IS ACTIVE
- Turn the ignition on.
- With the scan tool, read the active DTCs.
Does the scan tool display: U0011-00-CAN INTERIOR BUS OFF PERFORMANCE as Active?
Yes
- Refer to U0011-00-CAN INTERIOR BUS OFF PERFORMANCE and perform the U0011-00 CAN Interior Bus Off Performance diagnostic procedure.
No
- Refer to COMMUNICATION - DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING and perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure.
