NOTE:

There is no internal service of the Electro-Hydraulic Power Steering (EHPS) pump. Replace the EHPS pump as an assembly, including the brackets, and EHPS module.

The EHPS pump (3) replaces the conventional belt-driven power steering pump and draws its power from the 12 volt electrical system instead of the engine crankshaft reducing engine load.
