Diagnostic Test
VERIFY DTC IS ACTIVE
NOTE:
Make sure the battery is fully charged before proceeding.
- Turn the ignition on.
- With the scan tool, read the active DTCs.
Does the scan tool display: U0155-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH CLUSTER/CCN?
Yes
- Refer to BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) - DIAGNOSTIC CODE INDEX and perform the U0155-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH CLUSTER/CCN diagnostic procedure.
No
- Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING and perform the STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS diagnostic procedure.
