Module, Keyless Ignition Node: Removal: Removal
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

- Using a trim stick (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, work around the perimeter of the bezel, and across the middle releasing the retaining clips (1) and separate the bezel from the instrument panel.

- Disconnect the electrical connectors (1) and remove the bezel.

- Loosen the steering column surround bezel (2) on the instrument panel closeout.
- Position the telematic steering column outward.
- Remove the two screws (1) securing the Keyless Ignition Node (KIN) bezel to the instrument panel. The second screws was concealed by the steering column surround bezel.

- Disconnect the electrical connector from the KIN.

- Remove two screws (1) securing the KIN to the bezel.
