Module, Forward Facing Camera: Removal: Removal

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Separate the rear view mirror trim covers to gain access to the Forward Facing Camera (FFC) (2). Refer to MIRROR, REARVIEW, REMOVAL .
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the FFC (1).
- The FFC is attached to a bracket in a hook and rotate fashion. Rotate the FFC downwards while disengaging the bracket's hooks to release from the bracket. It is easier to remove the FFC from the passenger seat.
