Module, Transmission Control: Installation: Installation

  1. Slide the Transmission Control Module (TCM) into the mounting bracket.
  2. Close the lower TCM bracket tab (1) by snapping the tab (2) onto the bracket.

  3. Close the upper TCM bracket tab (1) by snapping the tab (2) onto the bracket.

  4. Install the TCM bracket screws (2).
  5. Connect the wire harness connectors (1, 3) to the TCM.

  6. Position the left kick panel (3) into place.
  7. Install the kick panel screws (2, 4) and tighten securely.
  8. Install the kick panel nut (1).
  9. If necessary, perform the verification test procedure. Refer to TRANSMISSION VERIFICATION TEST .
