Module, A/C And Heater: Installation: Installation

  1. Position the A/C heater module (1) to the air inlet housing (4) and engage the module to the two front retaining screws (2).
  2. Loosely install the screw (5) that secures the rear of the A/C heater module to the air inlet housing.
  3. Tighten all the screws that secure the A/C heater module to the air inlet housing to 2 N.m (17 in. lbs.).
  4. Connect the wire harness connector (3) to the A/C heater module.
  5. Install the glove box trim panel and glove box. Refer to GLOVE BOX, INSTRUMENT PANEL, INSTALLATION .
  6. Install the right side instrument panel silencer. Refer to PANEL, SILENCER, INSTALLATION .
  7. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
  8. Initiate the Actuator Calibration function using a scan tool. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
