Module, Anti-Lock Brake System (Abs): Installation

- Clean any debris off the mating surfaces of the HCU and ABS module.NOTE:
When installing a new ABS module seal, do not use any type of lubricant.
- If the seal (1) on the ABS module (2) are not new, replace them. The ABS module seal must be new to keep out moisture and debris; do not reuse the ABS module seal
.
- Align components and install the ABS module (1) on the HCU (2).
- Install the three ABS module to HCU mounting screws (3). Tighten to the proper. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the two ICU to bracket bolts and tighten to the proper. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the ICU in the vehicle. Refer to INTEGRATED CONTROL UNIT (ICU), INSTALLATION .
